  About the Role   We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in Wagga Wagga (or Griffith) NSW. In this highly autonomous and client-focused role, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, supporting, and optimising IT environments to meet both current and future business needs.  You will provide both on-site and remote support, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. This is a senior-level position designed for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of projects, drive technical decisions, and set the direction for IT solutions.  You will have the autonomy to architect, design, and implement cutting-edge systems while working closely with stakeholders to ensure business success. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to be considered.   Key Responsibilities & Requirements   As a key member of our team, you will be: ✅ Client-Focused & Technically Strong
  • Experience in a hands-on, client-facing IT service delivery role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and expertise in computer networking.
  • A quick learner who thrives on solving technical challenges.
Experienced in Microsoft & Cloud Technologies
  • Proven experience in Microsoft cloud and on-premises solutions (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based IT management.
Skilled in Networking & Security
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, Layer 3 switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Firewall Security, and Wireless solutions.
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting Internet technologies.
Strong Communicator & Team Player
  • Ability to communicate technical issues effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Well-presented and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Cybersecurity Pen-testing or Management
  • Network Design & Architecture
  • Virtualisation Technologies
  • Prior experience in an MSP environment
